Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy for Insignia Event Services and its affiliated businesses, venues, events, and revenueโ€‘generating initiatives. This role serves as the central marketing leader, developing integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth across both B2B and B2C audiences.

The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, digital marketing, content development, social media, website management, creative execution, and marketing operations. This position combines strategic leadership with handsโ€‘on execution and requires a strong understanding of customer acquisition, brand management, campaign development, content marketing, and digital channels.

As a people leader, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and developing marketing team members, external agencies, freelancers, and vendor partners while establishing efficient processes, workflows, and performance standards that support business objectives. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, dataโ€‘driven marketer with strong project management skills who can thrive in a fastโ€‘paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Primary Job Duties:

Team Leadership & Process Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Manage internal staff, agencies, contractors, and creative partners to maximize team effectiveness.
