Job description

Reporting to the Finance Director responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Finance and Accounting function including managing general accounting, P&L and balance sheet activities, financial analysis, financial reporting, interact with internal and external partners and stakeholders to support the Finance and Accounting activities.

- Manage day-to-day activities related to general accounting, P&L and balance sheet, AP and AR

-? Gross-To-Net deductions, including chargebacks, admin fees and rebates calculations etc.

-? Prepare various sales reports for submission to external parties.

-? Prepare journal entries and adjustments for period-end closing, including inventory accounting, lease accounting.

-? Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.

-? Analyze accounts partner with Sales team and others.

-? Identify opportunities for process improvements, plan and execute improvement projects.

-? Support internal controls, compliance and external audits.

-? Assist in any system changes, internal control programs.

-? Assist in ad hoc initiatives.

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in finance and accounting

Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred

Experience in Gross to Net preferred

Experience in SOX, audits, financial/accounting systems including SAP

4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

High Attention to details, accuracy essential and diligent personality Understanding in Accounting and Finance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Relevant Certification

Bilingual in Korean and English

5. EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or equivalence.
