Job description

Senior Manager (Management Consulting)

- Prestigious Global Consulting Firm - PE Backed

- $180,000 - 215,000 + Bonus

- Targeting candidates within NY or Boston. Hybrid (3 days onsite). There are Travel expectations.

- Sits within their Corp Finance HealthCare unit. Ideal backgrounds will be out of consulting firms (A&M, Big 4 Advisory, FTI, etc.) or PE Backed related Healthcare firms.


Day to Day:

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of engagements across strategic finance modernization, process optimization, pre-transaction preparation, and enterprise value enhancement
  • Serve as primary day-to-day client contact for Chief Financial Officers, corporate leadership teams, investment sponsors, and credit stakeholders
  • Translate complex business challenges into organized analyses, functional project plans, and leadership-level recommendations
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, financial models, strategic implementation roadmaps, and operational reporting frameworks
  • Identify operational and financial improvement opportunities through data-backed evaluation and structured problem-solving
  • Implement process enhancements across core accounting, finance, and operational functions to maximize efficiency and commercial performance
  • Manage multiple workstreams while coaching junior staff and guaranteeing high-quality delivery
  • Embrace the use of modern technology and advanced automated tools to optimize workflows, deepen data analysis, and deliver innovative client outcomes
  • Support internal practice development, including talent acquisition, staff training, client development, and industry insight initiatives


Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, financial or operational due diligence, strategic finance modernization, corporate finance, operational optimization, or comparable corporate advisory functions
