Job description

Amergis is looking for an LTSS Provider Engagement Manager to support provider relations, enrollment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives within a long-term services and supports environment. This role is responsible for overseeing provider enrollment activities, improving provider onboarding and communication processes, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The LTSS Provider Engagement Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to strengthen service accessibility, enhance provider participation, and support the development of a robust statewide provider network.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in social work, Psychology, Special Education, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be substituted for education requirements.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in Aging, Long-Term Care, or a related human services field with supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly develop knowledge of applicable MaineCare rules and regulations.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with provider relations, enrollment, onboarding, compliance, or program administration preferred.
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
