Office and Logistic Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative, logistical, and
operational functions of the company. Ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, efficient management
of supply chain activities, and compliance with company policies. The manager will supervise office staff, maintain
vendor and client relationships, and coordinate logistics to support business objectives.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
● Supervise administrative staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
● Organize and coordinate staff, production and customers Meetings
● Create Staff Meeting minutes and distribute a copy to all attendees.
● Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
● Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency.
● Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
● Manage customer relations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service.
● Process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
● Answer phone calls and emails, providing support to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
● Assist with CEO calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

Logistics Management Responsibilities:
