Job SummaryThe Treasury Manager is responsible for leading the Company's treasury function by ensuring effective liquidity management, financial risk oversight and stewardship of the Company's banking and treasury operations. The role develops strategies and processes that protect the Company's financial assets, support operational and strategic objectives and maintain compliance with applicable financial policies and regulatory requirements.Working collaboratively across Finance and the broader organization, the Treasury Manager partners with internal stakeholders and external financial institutions, advisors and service providers to strengthen financial controls, optimize treasury operations and support informed business decision-making.Essential Functions, Duties, and ResponsibilitiesTreasury ManagementLead the Company's treasury operations, including the daily cash position, liquidity management and short-term and long-range cash flow forecasting.Manage banking relationships, including banking services, account administration, financing arrangements and treasury products.Own bank account administration, including authorized signers, user access, account maintenance and banking documentation.Administer the Company's corporate payment programs, including ACH, wire transfers and corporate credit card programs, ensuring appropriate controls and fraud prevention measures.Monitor and manage the Company's debt, line of credit and other financing arrangements, ensuring compliance with debt covenants, timely processing of all payments and lender reporting requirements.Lead working capital initiatives by partnering across the organization to optimize cash flow and liquidity.Risk Management & ComplianceDevelop and implement strategies to manage foreign currency exposures and other treasury-related financial risks.Serve as the primary finance liaison for the Company's commercial insurance programs, coordinating renewals, claims, broker relationships and coverage administration. Ensure timely payment for all policies and appropriate record keeping.Coordinate outsourced tax compliance activities by managing relationships with external tax advisors and ensuring required financial information, filings and tax payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain tax compliance calendars, supporting documentation and records of tax filings, payments, notices and correspondence.Develop and maintain treasury, tax oversight and financial risk policies and procedures that support strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.Stay informed of regulatory, banking, tax and insurance developments that may impact the Company, keeping the executive team informed and recommend appropriate actions.Process Improvement & AutomationIdentify and lead continuous improvement initiatives that streamline treasury, banking, tax administration and risk management processes.Leverage existing technologies and recommend new solutions that improve efficiency, automation, reporting accuracy and financial controls.Standardize treasury reporting, cash forecasting and financial governance processes to improve consistency and scalability.Partner with Finance Technology & Transformation and Information Technology to automate manual processes and enhance treasury capabilities.Business Partnership & Financial GovernancePartner with Accounting to ensure treasury, financing, insurance and tax-related transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.Collaborate with FP&A on cash forecasting, capital planning, financing strategies and long-range financial planning.Support strategic initiatives, financing activities and organizational growth by providing treasury and financial risk expertise.Develop executive reporting and key performance indicators that provide visibility into cash, liquidity, financing, working capital and financial risk.Build strong relationships with banking partners, insurers, tax advisors, auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective financial governance.The above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to job.
