District Manager, Life Insurance (Field Leadership)

• Lead and develop Sales Managers across your district
• Drive revenue growth, retention, and performance across multiple agencies
• Recruit, coach, develop and build a strong leadership bench
• Scale a high-performing network of insurance agents
• Execute territory strategies based on market opportunities
• Community impact and local presence are key
• Improve productivity, profitability, and policy persistence
• Ensure accountability and compliance across teams
• Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy

What Success Looks Like

• District consistently meets or exceeds revenue and growth targets
• Strong pipeline of high-performing Sales Managers
• Increased agent productivity and retention
• Scalable, sustainable agency model across the territory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of district, multi-unit, or multi-agency leadership experience
• Insurance or financial services background preferred
• Proven success leading leaders (e.g., Sales Managers)
• Track recordof driving revenue growth and team performance
• Strong experience recruiting and developing sales talent
• Active Life, Health, and P&C licensesrequired
• Comfortable with regular field travel
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Compensation:

Expected earnings may range from $70,300 - $146,200 based on performance under the Company's commission plan. Includes guaranteed supplemental earnings and bonus opportunities. Earnings are driven by new business growth and expanding relationships within an existing customer base. High performers may also qualify for annual incentive trips.High performers may exceed the stated range, with top 10% of employees earning $334,000+ annually. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance."
