About the Role

The Principal Product Manager I is accountable for driving data quality, influencing contributory data strategy, and partnering with Data Governance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data is managed, governed, and utilized consistently across the enterprise. This role leads the identification and resolution of complex business and product challenges, influencing outcomes across delivery teams, organizations, and disciplines with minimal direction. In addition, this role will propose new business and/or product strategies that reflect the customer's current and future needs and will drive execution. This is a hybrid position based out of our Alpharetta, GA headquarters, with an in-office presence required three days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Establish metrics, KPIs, and quality measures to assess health, completeness, accuracy, and business value
  • Collaborate with technology partners to influence data modernization decisions, advocate for strong data stewardship, governance practices, and sustainable management of contributory data assets
  • Partner internally and externally investigate and resolve data quality issues, articulate the business value of contributory data, and foster confidence in data-sharing programs and strategies
  • Define contributory data stewardship practices, drive root-cause analysis, prioritize remediation efforts, partner with technology teams to implement long-term corrective actions, and monitor the effectiveness of remediation initiative
  • Validate product and contributory data strategy based on knowledge of customers, competitors and market trends
  • Prioritize hypothesis-driven product evaluation strategies, such as AB testing, while contributing to broader data-analyses strategies and platforms
  • Develop go-to market strategy and launch plans at the product level through coordination with stakeholders and be accountable for coordinated execution across product, technology, sales, marketing and other customer-facing teams
  • Leverage data insights and governance standards to guide prioritization and investment decisions
  • Write and/or consult on requirements across multiple complex and cross-functional feature areas
  • Drive contributory strategy and roadmap to deliver business impact for multiple products/product lines

Requirements
  • Suggested minimum years of PM or related experience: 10-15 years

  • U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
  • This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
