About the Role:
PubMatic is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Enablement to serve as a key member of the PubMatic University team.
This role serves as a critical team member, responsible for managing learning technologies, enabling scalable program delivery, supporting onboarding and compliance initiatives, producing learning content, and ensuring the effective delivery, adoption, and measurement of learning and enablement programs globally. The role owns learning systems administration, reporting and analytics, program governance, content production, and cross-functional project execution to ensure employees can effectively access, consume, and apply the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, managing complex projects, and turning ideas into scalable programs. You will partner with stakeholders across Product Marketing, GTM, Customer Success, Sales, Product, HR, IT, and executive leadership to support onboarding, enablement, leadership development, and AI learning initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines program management, learning technology expertise, content development, analytics, and strong business partnership skills. They are highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of moving work forward independently.
What You'll Do:
Learning Technology & Systems Ownership
  • Serve as primary administrator for learning and enablement platforms, including Seismic, Mindtickle, Synthesia, and related learning technologies.
  • Manage learning paths, certifications, permissions, reporting, platform configuration, and user administration.
  • Support platform integrations, content management, SCORM deployment, system enhancements, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive platform adoption through governance, process standardization, documentation, and user support.
  • Establish scalable standards for learning systems, content management, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, automation opportunities, and AI-powered solutions that improve learning effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Content Development & Learning Production
  • Convert SME knowledge and business content into learning experiences, training materials, and enablement of resources.
  • Build and maintain eLearning modules, certifications, learning paths, facilitator guides, job aids, and supporting materials.
  • Create and edit learning content using AI-powered tools and learning technologies.
  • Produce and maintain Synthesia videos and multimedia learning assets.
  • Support instructional design efforts for onboarding, leadership development, sales enablement, and AI learning programs.
  • Assist stakeholders in creating scalable learning experiences and content assets.

Program & Project Management
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution and adoption.
  • Support the planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of onboarding, enablement, leadership development, and learning programs.
  • Create scalable processes, documentation, workflows, and governance models.
  • Establish project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support ongoing optimization of PubMatic University programs and operations.

Reporting, Analytics & Governance
  • Develop and maintain learning and enablement of dashboards and reporting.
  • Track adoption, completion, certification, engagement, and program effectiveness of metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish governance processes that improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge repositories to reduce operational dependency on individuals.

Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with Product Marketing, GTM teams, HR, Product, IT, AI Council members, and leadership teams.
  • Manage program communications, newsletters, launch communications, and stakeholder updates.
  • Build strong relationships across the business while balancing competing priorities.
  • Act as a trusted operational partner who helps teams move initiatives forward efficiently.

What You'll Bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in learning operations, enablement operations, program management, learning technology administration, or related field.
  • Experience administering learning platforms such as Seismic, Mindtickle, Highspot, WorkRamp, Lessonly, Showpad, or similar systems.
  • Strong project and program management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience building scalable processes, governance models, and operational frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing reports, dashboards, and business insights.
  • Experience creating digital learning content and enablement materials.
  • Experience working with AI tools to support content creation, productivity, and workflow automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive projects forward with limited direction.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting learning, enablement, onboarding, or talent development programs.
  • Experience with Seismic, Mindtickle, Synthesia, SCORM, and learning content management.
  • Experience supporting technology implementations or platform migrations.
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising, ad tech, SaaS, or technology industries.
  • Experience creating SOPs, governance frameworks, and operational documentation.
  • Experience building automated workflows and process improvements.

Success in the First 6 Months
  • Establish effective administration, governance, adoption, and reporting across PubMatic's learning technology ecosystem.
  • Improve learning governance, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Establish scalable documentation and SOPs for key team workflows.
  • Strengthen onboarding operations and learning program execution.
  • Improve stakeholder communication and project visibility.
  • Reduce operational dependencies through better systems, processes, and knowledge sharing.

Compensation Disclosure
In accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
