Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health is actively seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. This full-time position, based in Riverside, California, allows for remote work while providing a supportive outpatient environment for our clients. The role is open to licensed professionals, including LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs, who possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clientsโ€™ needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual circumstances and goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities to address behavioral, emotional, and psychological issues.
  • Provide specialized guidance and support for clients dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and professional documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and coordination efforts with other healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care to children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and more. Qualifications
