Manager Le Macaron Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Le Macaron French Pastries in Huntsville AL [with 2 locations: Bridge Street and Jones Valley] is looking for one team leader to join our 10 person strong team.

We offer competitive hourly rate ( $12 to $15 depending upon experience) + tips

This is a position can be part time, ideal for a college student, with 3 to 4 shifts per week [18 to 24 hours per week], or can be full time.

This being retail, some weekend work is needed

Responsibilities

Open and close the store, operate the POS, restock the sotre offering

lead a team of 1 to 5 employees, train them and make them better

insure perfect service to customers, insure that only perfect pastries are served.

Qualifications

customer service: bakery, restaurant, or retail

experience in food industry: café, bakery, etc.

experience leading a small team
