General Manager / Branch Manager

St. George Area, Utah
$125,000โ€“$150,000 Base Salary + 75% Target Bonus + Potential Equity After Year 1

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager / Branch Leader to take ownership of a high-performing $6โ€“7M home services branch in the St. George area. This is a rare opportunity to step into full P&L ownership and directly drive growth, operational excellence, and team performance in a fast-scaling services organization.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in field-based, customer-facing service environments where success is driven by people leadership, operational discipline, and execution.


What You'll Do
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and EBITDA performance
  • Lead all branch operations across service, installation, sales, dispatch, warehouse, and customer support functions
  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team of managers, technicians, installers, and office staff
  • Drive operational excellence through improved productivity, scheduling efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Track and manage key performance metrics including utilization, conversion rates, gross margin, callbacks, and customer reviews
  • Lead weekly and monthly business reviews to ensure accountability, performance alignment, and continuous improvement
  • Foster a strong performance-driven culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and customer experience
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute growth initiatives and expand market share in the region

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in multi-site or multi-functional operations
  • Proven success with full P&L ownership and delivering strong financial performance
  • Strong background in home services or field-based service operations where teams operate in customer environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale frontline and supervisory teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing operational KPIs and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms is a plus
