In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all Factory Test Room activities, ensuring our transformers and components meet the highest performance and safety standards. How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of test engineers and technicians.

Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in testing operations or quality management in manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools.
  • Proven leadership in team development and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
