About the job

Join a role focused on driving customer growth and retention while strengthening key client relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you will manage existing accounts, ensuring product alignment, service excellence, and opportunities for expansion. This role combines strategic planning, operational support, and hands-on relationship management to deliver measurable results and foster long-term partnerships.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $110075 - $142450

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
