Job Description The Key Account Manager drives long-term growth and value creation for Globe by managing and cultivating strategic partner accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Leveraging a deep understanding of industry dynamics and competitive environments, this role serves as the link between Globe and its key partners.
The ideal candidate excels at translating high-level business strategies into actionable, high-quality execution plans while balancing stakeholder goals. A master of negotiation and influence, you will manage and secure high-value partnerships, provide strategic direction to accounts, and optimize operational processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience and sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Leadership:
Act as the primary liaison for partner accounts, providing strategic direction, processes, and value-adding solutions tailored to their objectives.
Strategic Growth:
Identify new opportunities and build business plans that align Globe's and Key Accounts' strategy with clear performance indicators and organizational goals.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:
Use persuasion and collaborative compromises to secure long-term partnerships and stakeholder buy-in while protecting Globe's market position.
Execution Excellence:
Align goals, people, and processes to ensure efficient product flow, quality outputs, and an elevated customer experience.
Business Expertise
In-depth understanding of both Globe and the partner/ potential account's total business operations as well as the industry and competitive environment in which the companies operate
Business Development
Focuses on creating long-term value and growth for Globe by identifying and nurturing new opportunities.
Negotiation and Influence
Offers compromises or trade-offs as necessary, in exchange for cooperation while upholding Globe's position in the negotiations interface.
Uses persuasion to gain the support and cooperation from stakeholders, superiors, colleagues, and other parties to achieve a desired course of action consistent with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
Able to close the deal and long term partnership.

Strategic Account Management
Serves as the link between Globe and partner accounts
Provides business directions/strategies to the partner accounts such as current programs, processes, call outs, etc.
Develops long-term partnership with the partner accounts by creating value-adding solutions that are aligned with their strategies and objectives

Recognizes the range of activities for timely, effective and efficient product flow to bring about better customer experience
