  • Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities within the assigned region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend the appropriate mix of equipment and lease terms
  • Negotiate lease terms and pricing to ensure both profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments (maintenance, operations, finance) to fulfill lease agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and fleet technology
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide excellent after-sale service and support to promote long-term customer retention
  • You will be eligible to earn a commission based on performance

Preferred Candidates have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business and/or marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in transportation, leasing, or logistics
  • Proven ability to manage a regional territory and work independently
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of truck leasing, DOT regulations, and fleet operations a plus
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record and willingness to travel within assigned region (up to 75%)
