Job description

Established Property Management Company is investing in a long term position to oversee daily operations in the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance of non-rented vacation homes in the Greater Park City area.

Daily duties will be to work closely with all members of the field staff on a daily basis, learning their work flow.

Successful candidates will have experience in general business operations, with building and home maintenance experience being a huge plus.

Work hours are 8-5, M-F, but communication before and after shift and on weekends is necessary for a successful manager in this role.

Bonus pay to be discussed based on goals agreed on with ownership. Bonus pay will be tied to company financial and productivity goals and client satisfaction. Bonus will not be capped, and potential company ownership is a possibility for a successful person.

Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, especially in business, hospitality, or construction related fields

With over twenty years of experience, Milestone is a trusted community partner, managing forty to fifty private ski vacation homes year-round. Milestone employs fifteen full-time employees-property managers, housekeepers, and field and administrative staff-to handle any and all needs of the second homeowner before, during, and after each visit to their home.
