Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java backend development and React frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies and best practices. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
  • Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Collaborate with product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support application deployments.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.
  • Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
