  • Support IP process improvements, including intake workflows, training resources, outside submission procedures, and other operational initiatives improving efficiency.

Systems, Tools, and Records Management
  • Use and maintain IP systems (CPI, Markify, SharePoint); maintain accurate trademark files, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Support migration, cleanup, and organization of legacy records, ensuring trademark information is stored consistently and accessible to the IP legal team.

Cross-Functional IP Team Support
  • Work collaboratively with trademark attorneys, patent attorneys, IP paralegals, and Chief IP Counsel on portfolio governance, process improvements, and team initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects (acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, portfolio integrations) and transitional matters, coordinating data, documents, and outside counsel instructions.

What You'll Need

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume portfolio data, deadlines, and correspondence.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to coordinate with attorneys, vendors, outside counsel, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and work within legal department processes and privilege-sensitive workflows.

Your Advantage
  • Experience with CPI, Markify, Questel/Brandstock, LegalTracker, SharePoint, MacroView, or similar IP portfolio and matter management tools.
  • Direct experience with USPTO TEAS filings, including applications, Statements of Use, extensions, and Office Action responses.
  • Experience supporting global trademark portfolios, including renewals, change-of-address projects, assignments, and jurisdiction-specific recordals.
  • Experience coordinating with outside counsel and vendors across multiple countries and time zones.

Working Style
You are organized, practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across a global portfolio. You enjoy bringing structure to complex information, spotting issues before they become problems, and helping attorneys and business partners move work forward efficiently. You are collaborative and service-oriented, but also able to work independently, ask good questions, and exercise sound judgment on matters affecting the Company's IP rights and portfolio integrity.
