We are a logistics and transportation company providing freight services throughout the East Coast and nationwide line-haul transportation across the United States. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager / Inventory & Accounting Coordinator to join our growing team.


Job Location: Schaumburg, Illinois


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory records
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate stock records
  • Coordinate warehouse documentation and inventory reporting
  • Assist with billing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
  • Handle warehouse-related invoices, payments, and reconciliation
  • Ensure warehouse organization and operational efficiency


Requirements:

  • Bilingual English and Mandarin
  • Previous warehouse management experience required
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Familiar with inventory management and financial record systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
