Gwinnett Place Ford is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Lot Manager to oversee and manage the dealership’s inventory lot in Duluth, GA. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all vehicles are accurately accounted for, properly displayed, and maintained to uphold the highest standards of the dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the inventory lot to ensure vehicles are properly displayed, secured, and accounted for
  • Coordinate vehicle movement on the lot, including deliveries, returns, and lot transfers
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot to provide an attractive environment for customers
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to support inventory needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to vehicle storage and lot management
  • Prepare reports related to inventory status and lot conditions as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in an automotive environment
