Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Inventory Control Analysts.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and proactive management of ECO effectivity dates.
  • Drive inventory adjustments to support ECOs and minimize supply chain disruptions.
  • Oversee claims processes for cancelled or stranded materials.
  • Partner with supply chain teams to evaluate claims situations.
  • Engage with customers to file claims and negotiate adjustments per company policy and customer agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage E&O inventory.
  • Identify costโ€‘effective solutions to minimize waste and recover value from nonโ€‘moving stock.
  • Coordinate disposal or repurposing of obsolete materials.
  • Regularly present on inventory performance, trends, and risks to executive leadership.
  • Use PowerBI to provide dataโ€‘driven insights and ensure alignment between inventory practices and business objectives.
  • Assess and enhance inventory management and claims handling processes.
  • Implement best practices to increase accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and production teams to align inventory control with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in inventory management or supplyโ€‘chain roles, with 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Advanced PowerBI skills for reporting and data analysis (essential).
  • Strong analytical and problemโ€‘solving abilities with experience interpreting data and making recommendations.
  • Proven experience presenting to executive leadership; clear verbal and written communication skills suited to a senior audience.
