Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning

Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to ownership and senior leadership

Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, and COGS analysis specific to production and case goods

Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash flow planning

Ensure compliance with tax filings, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific reporting

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other outside financial partners

Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting and finance team

Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and hospitality leadership on financial matters

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles

Experience in the wine, beverage, or related production/manufacturing industry strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management

Proficiency with accounting/ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks

Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning and reporting tools a plus

Proven ability to lead and develop a team while remaining hands-on with day-to-day operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with ownership and cross-functional leaders

High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information

What We Offer

Base of $160-190K, commensurate with experience

Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance

        401(k) plan with company match
