Located in Humble, TX, Aura Systems is a leading provider of innovative audio/visual solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional live event production services. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Event Technical Specialist II to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee the check-in/check-out and maintenance of audio/visual equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assist in the preparation and loading of equipment onto trucks for events, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
  • Participate in load-in, load-out, delivery, and pick-up processes, providing technical support during live events.
  • Leverage the Current RMS rental management system to manage equipment rental processes effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of new processes to support business growth and evolving roles.
  • Utilize interoffice communication tools effectively to collaborate with team members.
  • Manage shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliveries.
  • Monitor shop supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain operational readiness.
  • Operate a 16' 26' box truck; a valid driver's license is required.
  • Perform technical support duties across sound, video, lighting, and backline for live event production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to foster a safe and efficient working environment.
