  • Apply industrial engineering methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and simulation modeling to improve operations.
  • Architect, write, debug, and maintain small software applications used for fab or manufacturing control.
  • Develop code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable, and reusable for high-volume manufacturing applications.
  • Support and improve production reporting, recipe management, material tracking, equipment reporting, and critical measurement data analysis systems.
  • Maintain documentation for cost models, process changes, equipment specifications, and operational improvements.
  • Partner with teams across the fab to support continuous improvement, new product introduction, and better factory control.

Required Skills and Experience
  • At least 10 years of experience supporting factory automation or similar manufacturing systems.
  • Experience writing small software applications or code used in a fab or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of SEMI regulations and standards, particularly in semiconductor manufacturing and process engineering environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, administer, and improve factory control programs that increase manufacturing efficiency.
  • Experience with material management systems, MES, production software, and statistical factory controls.
  • Technical proficiency with factory automation tools and standards such as SECS/GEM, Semi E10, Power BI, and related systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in cost modeling, data analysis, and production planning.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, or other complex manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and cost modeling.
