  • Build a culture centered around accountability, urgency, continuous improvement, and collaboration
  • Create coaching plans and performance development strategies for team members

Revenue Execution

  • Own team performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
  • Ensure healthy outbound activity, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics across the funnel
  • Partner with leadership on complex deal strategy and escalation support

Sales Process & Strategy

  • Help refine and scale sales processes, playbooks, messaging, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and conversion throughout the sales cycle
  • Use reporting and analytics to improve team performance

Hiring & Team Development

  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales talent
  • Help raise the talent bar as the organization scales
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the sales organization

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience with 3+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven success managing and coaching high-performing AE and SDR teams
  • Experience in startup or Series A/B environments
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics experience
  • Fintech, insurtech, or financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Ability to build processes while operating in a fast-moving environment

What Success Looks Like:

  • The team consistently achieves or exceeds quota targets
  • Improved pipeline coverage and conversion rates
  • Strong team retention and performance progression
  • Repeatable sales processes implemented across the organization
  • Continued scaling of the sales organization
