The Manager, IT Manufacturing Systems is responsible for the management and solution architecture of the Manufacturing Systems including Siemens TeamCenter PLM, eDrawings and other related systems. This role is responsible for evaluating business requirements to develop a technical vision for Henny Penny Manufacturing Systems and will manage the support, development, and systems administration resources to ensure the solutions meet the business objectives and technical SLA's. In addition to personnel management responsibilities, the position defines short and long-term strategies and maintain oversight for associated IT projects.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Guide the plan, build, run activities associated with Henny Penny Manufacturing Systems.
  • Act as Solution Architect for Siemens Teamcenter and its related systems.
  • Provide leadership to the systems team members including employment decisions, performance management, mentoring and coaching.
  • Build strategies and roadmaps for IT Manufacturing Systems based on corporate priorities.
  • Manage vendor relationship sourcing and management of all contracts including performance.
  • Develop and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets to support short-term and long-term roadmaps.
  • Support business processes that touch multiple systems, moving data in a controlled, coordinated, and choreographed manner while maintaining data integrity and governance.
  • Provide backup support across all Manufacturing Systems.
  • Work with the business partners to align roadmaps with strengths and opportunities.
  • Manage complex core system integrations, tooling, and frameworks.
  • Consistently demonstrate the company's values and expected behaviors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years IT leadership experience.
  • Minimum 7 years Teamcenter PLM for manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 10 years systems analysis, application, and project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
