IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency while driving strategic IT initiatives that align with business goals.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the IT Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to deliver scalable and effective technology solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all IT operations, including network security, system maintenance, and helpdesk support
  • Evaluate and improve existing technology systems and infrastructure
  • Support and optimize ERP systems, including data extraction and reporting for end users
  • Align IT strategies with company goals and business objectives
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and systems
  • Analyze cross-functional business needs to identify and deliver technology solutions
  • Monitor and ensure efficient use of technological resources
  • Establish metrics and timelines for system upgrades, configurations, and new implementations
  • Develop and manage annual and 3-year IT budgets
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT management or leadership experience
  • Proven experience analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience with ERP systems, database management, and reporting tools
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Interest or exposure to Artificial Intelligence technologies
