Amentum is seeking an Information Management Systems Manager to join our team to support the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command. The selected candidate will oversee IT and communication operations supporting the Reagan Test Site Operations, Sustainment, Improvement, and Engineering (ROSIE) contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Direct the activities of Information Management Systems personnel to meet government and user requirements for RTS Communications/IT services.
  • Lead the development, installation, and maintenance of mission-critical IT systems and ensure alignment with corporate and government objectives.
  • Oversee systems analysis, security compliance, and operational functionality to support RTS communications and IT needs effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with government stakeholders to align IT initiatives with mission requirements and define operational strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and manage staffing, resource allocation, and workflows across teams to achieve mission objectives.
  • Ensure all organizational policies, industry standards, and government-mandated security requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Communicate IT program status, resource utilization, and solution recommendations to leadership and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT systems, communications, and operations management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex IT projects.
  • Advanced understanding of IT and communications systems architecture, programming, and operational strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of compliance with security standards and government requirements.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance at time of application and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
