Job Summary:
Trelleborg Industrial Solutions is a global leader in innovative polymer-based solutions for key industries. The Digital Solutions Service & Support Engineer will provide end-to-end support across business applications and digital solutions, ensuring stable operations and business continuity across the Americas.
Responsibilities:
• Support business applications including ERP, CRM, EDI, and local systems used across sites in the Americas
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues end-to-end
• Work with Microsoft-based solutions, Azure services, and integrations where applicable
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
• Maintain documentation, work instructions, and knowledge base articles
• Coordinate with internal teams, departments, vendors, and support partners when required
• Support master data activities and help ensure data consistency and security across systems
• Contribute to training materials and support end-users in system usage
• Support transitions from local solutions to global or centralized services
• Drive continuous improvement of support processes, system stability, and service quality
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in application and system support, troubleshooting, or a similar role within a complex IT environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong technical and information systems skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Understanding of business applications, ERP processes, databases, and system integrations
• Experience working with global and local business applications in a heterogeneous IT environment
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple topics in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and business users
