OBJECTIVE
Global Crossing Airlines is looking to hire an experienced Inflight Leader to supervise our cabin crewmembers in our MIA base. Will be responsible for all stages of FA base operations, including overseeing regulatory compliance, policies, GlobalX procedural compliance, directing and supervising the flight attendants. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reports and is accountable to the Manager of Inflight • Will be required to attend and successfully complete flight attendant training
• Administer Operational Experience and Emergency Check Rides and report results to the Flight Attendant, and Manager of Inflight when needed.
• Ensure FAs are in compliance with the safety, welfare and comfort of Global X Airlines customers in accordance with FAA and company policies.
• Analyze and evaluate FA base operation performance and implement or recommend corrective action
• Coordinate with crew scheduling and resolve any FA scheduling conflicts
• Responsible for all distribution of FAM revisions
• Administer all performance and attendance reporting and corrective action to Flight Attendants
• Follow up with all inflight base delays and ensure corrective action is taken to mitigate further delay
• Conduct compliance checks with Pursers to ensure all GlobalX standards are being adhered to
• Assist with Charter flights and coordinate services needed to assist crew.
• Ensure disciplinary protocols are being enforced
• Develop and implement FA appreciation program
• Travel as required
• Assist with FA recruiting sessions
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Inflight
• Perform other duties related to safety and compliance not in description

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Inflight Supervisor Experience preferred
• 2+ years’ experience as a Flight Attendant required
• Previous Supervisor or leadership experience
• Willing to travel and occasionally work as a Flight Attendant to support operation
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs including Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Teams
• High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Self-Starter, must have positive attitude and strong desire for success
• Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
• Ability to pass ten-year work history review, criminal background check, and drug screening
• US citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to discretely and effectively coach and counsel team members.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
