Job Description:

The site Industrial Engineering Technician will own and maintain site scorecards, data systems, trend analysis, SIG, and related reporting processes while providing timely insights to support operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

Minimum

  • High School Diploma.

  • 2 years' experience within a manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated knowledge overseeing data system development, analysis, reporting, continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

  • Must have ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

  • Strong communication and ability to present to stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Engineering Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI/data, MES, WMS, and ERP system experience.

  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.


What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Ownership of downtime and waste tracking data systems to analyze trends and recommend corrective measures.

  • Ownership of site scorecards include but are not limited to: Weekly Scorecard, Period Scorecard, OPEX Presentation, and TRS deep dive.

  • Site Management and reporting of SIG Metrics and ownership of Enablon updates.

  • Track production rates and optimize production capacity through analysis and data trending.

  • Interact with Engineering, Operations and Reliability teams to improve equipment efficiency, eliminate waste and reduce operational costs.

  • Key member of the Focused Improvement Pillar.

  • Lead Site Waste discussions and improvement processes.
