Job description

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile applications that align with product goals.
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components that ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews to align design efforts with development timelines.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.
  • Ensure all design work follows accessibility standards (WCAG) and promotes inclusive design practices.
  • Collaborate with developers during handoff and implementation, providing specs and ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior, product metrics, and feedback to propose and implement design enhancements.
  • Stay updated with latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the design team to foster a culture of growth and improvement.
