Job description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will independently lead multiple small to medium-sized projects while supporting larger, more complex programs. You will serve as a primary client liaison, align scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. You will also help strengthen project performance by managing risk, guiding team collaboration, and supporting long-term client growth.
Deliver Results
  • Lead multiple small to medium-sized projects and support larger, more complex programs while maintaining alignment to scope, budget, schedule, and quality goals.
  • Build strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and proactively addressing questions, concerns, and project needs.
  • Coordinate internal and consultant resources with Team Leads to ensure the right support is in place across each phase of work.
  • Develop project proposals, work plans, budgets, and schedules that align client expectations with company objectives.
  • Facilitate project start-up and close-out activities, including kickoff meetings, documentation, financial records, and project history.
  • Oversee cross-functional design integration, QA/QC milestones, and team coordination to keep deliverables on track and compliant with project goals.
  • Monitor project financial performance, identify risks early, and mentor junior team members in project management and communication best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, interiors, landscape architecture, engineering, or a related area of expertise; master's degree is a plus.
  • Typically 15 years of experience managing projects in an AE environment.
  • Professional registration in your field is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with technology, standard software tools, and search engines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams is preferred.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision and project planning tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance stakeholder needs, make sound decisions, develop talent, and optimize work processes through continuous improvement.
