This position is typically offered to individuals who have demonstrated leadership potential and are being developed to fill future managerial vacancies. During this period, they learn about company operations, policies, leadership skills, and team management. The goal is to ensure a smooth transition into a manager position when one becomes available.

What are the typical responsibilities and expectations for a manager in waiting during the transition period?

As a Manager In Waiting, you'll spend your transition period shadowing current managers, learning company policies, and gaining hands-on experience with daily operations.
