Operational Training: Learning Weed Man’s lawn care programs, including application procedures, equipment maintenance, and route optimization.

Leadership Development: Supervising and training lawn care technicians, managing crew performance, and learning to manage daily operations.

Customer Service & Sales: Handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and improving customer retention.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and proper chemical handling.

Requirements:

Education/Experience: 1-2 years of related experience (lawn care, horticulture) is preferred.
