The Natelli Group Family, LLC is currently looking for several Manager's in Training (MIT) candidates to join our Jimmy John's Management Team within the Canton/Akron Area.  Starting rate of $16.00 per hour plus tip (currently averaging $2.00-$3.00) per hour.  
Our goal is to have our MIT's trained and mentored by our Assistant Managers and General Managers to master the day-to-day responsibilities of opening and closing shifts. Our goal is to have our MIT ready to become a Certified Salaried Manager within 90 days.
Once the MIT has proven their capability of managing PIC (person in charge) closing shifts, they will be scheduled to attend a 5-day certified training program in a Regional Certified Training store where all meals, lodging and wages are included.
The right person will be a career-oriented team player with a strong desire to get the job done well! We will also teach you to quickly understand the "Freaky Fast" way which is part of the Jimmy John's culture. High level of energy is a must!
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT although not necessarily in a management capacity. A desire to learn and help make the business successful is much more important.
