Job Summary:

The Manager in Training (MIT)Retail Marketer will attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Regional Retail Event Marketing Manager. The MIT Retail Marketer will conduct product knowledge trainings, build relationships with retail store leaders, and collaborate with leaders to drive revenue from store teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
  • Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
  • Recruit, hire, train and develop Retail Marketers and create accountability through established Retail Marketer goals and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the local Operation and Installation Mangers to grow brand presence within the local market
  • Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up
  • Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs

Job Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Willingness to travel to other local locations
  • Willingness to relocate when promoted
