Process Mastery & SOP Adherence
Become certified and fluent in all Crunch SOPs, checklists, and systems
Model perfect execution of opening, mid-day, and closing procedures
Consistently demonstrate sales scripting, tour delivery, and kickoff support at the highest standard
Serve as the go-to for staff questions on policies, processes, and culture
Staff Mentorship & Training Support
Assist GM/AGM in onboarding new hires by modeling behaviors and walking them through procedures
Shadow peers on tours, kickoffs, and front desk interactions providing feedback when directed
