About the Role

Weโ€™re hiring an Outside Sales Account Manager to drive growth across a multi-state territory in the Houston Market. In this role, you will be tasked to maintain and build strong relationships with current and NEW customers. You will manage key accounts and develop new business in industries where packaging makes a difference.

This is a remote role with frequent travel within your territory. Weโ€™re looking for someone whoโ€™s self-motivated, strategic, and ready to achieve results, someone who knows how to close deals and build long-term partnerships.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Manage 30+ key client relationships
  • Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities
  • Call on executive-level decision makers
  • Own the full sales cycle (avg. 6+ months) from prospecting to close
  • Generate leads through industry networking and outbound efforts
  • Grow your territory by 8โ€“10% annually, consistently

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 8โ€“10 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • 4+ years independently running a sales territory
  • Proven ability to self-generate 50โ€“75% of your revenue
  • Strong network in Food, Industrial, Manufacturing, Packaging, or similar sectors
  • Experience with mid-to-senior executive sales
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
  • Willingness to travel frequently across territory
