Wireless Zone, the nation’s fastest growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer with over 700 locations, is currently looking for outgoing and ambitious Verizon Wireless Multi Unit Store Managers to join our retail team. As a Verizon Wireless Store Manager for Wireless Zone, you will be working directly with our customers and associates educating them on the Verizon Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail store management environments, understand how to do outbound activities to

drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

The Verizon Wireless Store Manager for Wireless Zone will be responsible for:

  • Perform as a role model for all employees in the location

  • Develop a team through continuous training

  • Achieve personal sales goals as well as assist with closing sales and customer service

  • Drive sales performance through coaching and training

  • Stay up to date on all industry information and technology

  • Maintain and enforce all visual, housekeeping, and appearance standards

  • Maintain all location operations including by not limited to inventory, daily paperwork, scheduled, and loss prevention

Wireless Zone is looking for candidates with the following:

  • Have at minimum, a High School Diploma or GED.

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business

  • Proof of achievement in prior sales management and customer service roles

  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.

  • Have the drive to work in a commission sales environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Have the ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.

  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

  • Have reliable transportation.
