Overview

Step into a leadership role where safety meets sophistication at E11EVEN Club Hotel and Residences. As Security Manager, you'll be the guardian of our guests, residents, and team members, ensuring every moment within our property reflects the highest standards of protection and peace of mind. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented leader who combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You'll design and enforce security protocols, lead emergency response with calm precision, and collaborate across departments to create a secure environment that complements our luxury lifestyle experience. Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, residents, associates, and property assets.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the security team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and guest service.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, protocols, and emergency procedures aligned with brand standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, ensuring swift resolution and exceptional service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and government agencies to support security operations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel SOPs, safety regulations, and requisition procedures.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the property, providing support and guidance to staff as needed.
  • Conduct and participate in departmental and hotel-wide training programs focused on safety and emergency preparedness.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel security or a related field, with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Military or law enforcement background preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to listen, understand, and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across departments to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Skilled in crisis management and problem-solving under pressure, maintaining calm and authority in high-stress situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance, reflecting the luxury standards of the property.
  • Flexibility to attend required meetings, trainings, and adapt to varying schedules based on operational needs.
