Task Force Traveling Hotel Manager IHG/Hilton Dual

Location: This will be in Alabama

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Task Force Traveling Hotel Manager to oversee operations for both IHG and Hilton branded properties in the Fort Lauderdale area. This dual-role position requires a highly adaptable leader with a strong background in hotel management, capable of maintaining brand standards, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned IHG and Hilton hotels, ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate hotel teams to achieve operational goals, enhance guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with corporate offices and brand representatives to implement initiatives and maintain brand integrity.
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for hotel staff to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Travel between properties as required to provide hands-on leadership and support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience, preferably with both IHG and Hilton brands.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple properties and lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and brand standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently between hotel locations.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing environments.
