Responsibilities:

Support month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and journal entries

Assist with AP/AR processing, payroll entries, and account classifications

Maintain accurate general ledger activity within QuickBooks Online

Communicate directly with client teams to request and process documentation

Participate in client onboarding, system migrations, and data clean-up projects

Contribute to preparation of financial statements and management reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance

0–2 years of accounting experience, internship included
