Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (willing to accept 3-year U.S. or foreign degree) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: 

  • Utilizing Oracle Fusion Customer Experience (CX) Sales Cloud, Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Cloud, Oracle Configure Price and Quote (CPQ) Cloud, Oracle Siebel, and Agile methodology to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for clients;
  • Participating in aspects of the Agile methodology project delivery and software implementation life cycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Utilizing Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud, OIC Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, and Oracle Siebel to support and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
  • Conducting Oracle L1 and L2 business process workshops to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Compensation Management, Transaction Processing, Account Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, and CPQ modules;
  • Developing functional specifications for custom developments and interfacing with external systems via Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud, OIC Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Siebel, and Agile methodology;
  • Performing Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud, OIC Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Siebel, and Agile methodology production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP ALM Quality Center;
  • Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio and SAP Signavio;
  • Participating in the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing L1 and L2 Process flows detailing the solutions in Oracle Siebel, Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud, OIC Cloud, and Oracle CPQ Cloud.
