  • Release RMA’s and PPAP documentation. Production input for quality issues
Goal of the Working Position: Product and process must meet customer requirements according to IATF16949 requirements and internal calculation values (in scrap rate).
Most important task and responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all customer complaints pertaining to the relevant production line and/or new future products, including corrective actions.
  • Customer and Supplier support
  • Responsible for RMA procedure
  • Responsible for quality documentation on production floor (including each production line)
  • Lead for all Customer and Supplier PPAP packages
  • IMDS Representative for the facility
  • Support Quality Assurance in relevant production and/or new future products and processes
Able to stop production when necessary
Requirements
Professional: High School diploma/GED., University degree in Quality or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technician or related experience. Experience in the automotive industry
Experience with automotive supplier audits preferred. Min. 5 years in field as well as leadership experience
