Job Overview: Pay Range: $60.85hr - $64.22hr Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 2+ years of related experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects. Responsibilities: Support planning, execution, and continuous improvement of product environmental compliance programs. Monitor and help interpret global environmental regulations including RoHS, REACH, WEEE, TSCA, Proposition 65, PFAS, battery, packaging and EPR requirements. Partner with engineering teams to incorporate compliance requirements into product design. Coordinate supplier material declaration activities and compliance documentation. Track compliance milestones, risks, and remediation plans. Maintain audit-ready compliance records and declarations. Nice to Have: Experience with electronics, hardware, or manufacturing products. Familiarity with BOMcheck, Assent, IMDS, Agile or similar tools preferred. Knowledge of supplier compliance and chemical substance reporting. Skills: Program Management. Regulatory Compliance.
