Job description

Overall Purpose
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst 2 primary focus will be to manage identity and access to all P3 Information Services applications and systems. This includes account provisioning (creation), deprovisioning (termination) and access change requests. The position functions as a subject
matter expert to resolve user and security related access and compliance related issues related to identity. In addition to day-to-day access management duties, IAM Analyst 2 works closely with IT-GRC team to ensure user access review processes are optimized and accurate.
This position will assist the Information Security team with completing day-to-day management and administration of access controls, implementing security for P3 applications and systems. Monitors and troubleshoots access governance processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with requirements and regulations.
Essential Functions
  • Provides provisioning, de-provisioning and accounts management and services across multiple platforms.
  • Executes and supports access and governance processes and reviews.
  • Works with IT GRC Team to facilitate User Access Reviews (UARs)
  • Ensures SOX and HITRUST compliance regarding access management.
  • Assists end users with access issues, requests submissions and other issues related to identity and data access security.
  • Works with the Information Security officer and team to address security issues, audit requests, and information gathering for incidents and investigations as it relates to accounts management and access.
  • Participate in month and quarterly access reviews across multiple systems and applications.
  • Key contributor in developing role-based access control (RBAC) management and processes.
  • Become familiar with all applications within IAM scope, specifically with the admin functions.
  • Provides training to customers as needed.
  • Creates and maintains procedures as it relates to Identity and access management.
  • Provides on-site guidance and instructions to other IS teams.
  • Provides IAM key metrics and reporting.
  • Works with IT-GRC team to ensure optimization and accuracy of user access reviews
  • Serves as liaison between IS and Business areas, with regard to access.
  • Documents and reports on system access changes to managers/supervisors.
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding information being processed, stored or accessed by the system.
  • Works with security and implementation departments to ensure that the system is compliant with all organizational standards and audits.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of IAM workflows.
  • Knowledge of role-base access control (RBAC).
  • Knowledge of UAR processes.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge of core Microsoft business applications, word, excel, outlook, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide product documentation and training.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot potential issues and participate in their resolution with highest customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the group growth and expansion.
  • Work independently as well as in a group setting.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Experience
Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of IS related support.
  • 3 years of experience with account management processes.
  • 3 years of experience managing account access in AD and other applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Desired:
  • Experience and knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Experience executing UARs and other compliance controls.
  • IS support and account management experience in a healthcare setting.

Education
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in healthcare, computer science, or business, or equivalent work experience.

Work Location & Schedule
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates will follow our hybrid schedule, working in office three days per week.
