Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Pay: $65,000–$70,000/annually, depending on experience
Duration: Direct Hire Opportunity

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for hourly employees
*Administer attendance, incentive, and wage progression programs
*Support employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence, and workers' compensation processes
*Maintain employee records, timecards, HRIS data, and required documentation
*Coordinate career fairs, community recruiting efforts, and employee engagement activities
*Partner with supervisors and leadership to support daily plant operations and workforce needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
*Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS systems
*Knowledge of employment laws, workers' compensation, FMLA, and unemployment processes
*Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
*PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
