We are seeking a Trust & Estate Paralegal to join our New Jersey or New York offices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate and trust administration, handling all phases including probate, with a strong focus on client communication, tax return preparation, and fiduciary accountings. This role requires superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with specialized legal and tax software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of estate and trust administration
  • Handle probate matters, with knowledge of New Jersey and New York probate processes preferred
  • Communicate effectively with clients, financial planners, and accountants
  • Prepare federal and state estate tax returns
  • Prepare fiduciary accountings
  • Oversee distribution of estate assets and trust funding

Qualifications
